Cancun has a range of hotels and resorts that can suit your needs for reasonable costs. You can expect to pay anywhere from $100-$500US per night while staying in Cancun depending solely on what you’re looking for. In most of the hotels you will have a ton on features that normally you don’t see which is why Cancun is so beloved. Cancun International Airport (CUN)

April 6th, 2008

One of the busiest airports in Cancun is the Cancun International Airport (CUN) and it’s the designated entry point for millions of tourists each year to the wonderful Cancun. There are major airline flights that land and connect through the Cancun International Airport everyday and the number of flights and people are expected to rise in the next few years. The reason it’s becoming busier is due to all the mega resorts being built in Cancun. Cancun International Airport is one of the most accessible airports in Mexico and also by far the busiest. The airport is only a short 22 mile drive from the city of Cancun and is a very cheap cab ride from the airport. You won’t need to plan for a rental vehicle if you’re coming from the airport and going to the city. In prime travel season you can expect long line-ups and waiting times as the airport is host to nearly 1 million people each month during peak season. The airport has two distinct buildings which are two separate terminals one is the main terminal which is used for domestic and international flights and the second terminal is the FBO terminal which is mainly used for chartered planes as well as private planes.
